Tidak banyak yang tahu, ternyata konsumsi asam folat saat hamil adalah sudah terlambat. Demikian diungkap oleh dr.Saptawati Bardosono, ahli gizi dari Perhimpunan Nutrisi Indonesia.

“Seharusnya sebelum hamil kadar asam folat dalam tubuh calon ibu sudah cukup, sehingga ketika terjadi pembuahan dan pembelahan sel pada satu bulan pertama janin tidak akan kekurangan,” paparnya dalam acara konferensi pers simposium Early Life Nutrition yang diadakan Nutricia di Jakarta (6/12).

“Asam folat sangat dibutuhkan justru pada saat kehamilan belum disadari, yakni pada minggu kedua sampai keempat pertumbuhan janin,” Kata  dr. Saptawati Bardosono. [via kompas]

Wanita yang menginginkan memiliki anak, pada tubuhnya membutuhkan asam folat 400 mikrogram setiap harinya.  Kondisi puncak kebutuhan asam folat ada pada minggu kedua sampai keempat pertumbuhan janin. Sehingga ketika terjadi pembuahan dan pembelahan sel pada satu bulan pertama janin tidak akan kekurangan.

Kebutuhan asam folat dapat dipenuhi dari sayuran berdaun hijau, kacang-kacangan, dan buah-buahan seperti pisang, melon, dan labu.

Asam folat merupakan nutrisi yang bekerja untuk memperlancar aktivitas metabolisme dan membantu fungsi nutrisi esensial lainnya. Bahkan merokok tidak hanya akan berpengaruh pada tingkat kesuburan saja. Merokok juga dapat meningkatkan resiko kelainan kehamilan pada calon janin.

• Minum Vitamin yang cukup

Cara Mengencangkan, Memperindah Bokong dan Paha

Mengencangkan bokong atau pantat adalah dambaan bagi setiap wanita. Selain akan terlihat lebih sehat, bokong yang kencang akan terlihat indah apabila seorang wanita menggunakan busana seperti jins, kebaya bahkan gaun.

Bagi Anda yang selalu sibuk dengan aktivitas kerja, bukan tidak mungkin olahraga menjadi kendala yang sangat berarti. Namun jangan khawatir, kini bentuk bokong seksi pun dapat Anda peroleh hanya dengan melakukan latihan olahraga selama 4 minggu dengan latihan perharinya tidak lebih 10 menit dengan rentang olahraga 3 minggu sekali.  

Latihan ini dapat Anda coba dirumah dengan menelungkupkan badan, lalu ambil posisi push-up, tangan lurus memegang dumbel dengan berat 2,5 hingga 4 kilogram, kaki menyatu, dan tubuh sejajar dengan tanah. Tarik otot bokong dan perut semaksimal mungkin, sehingga keseluruhan otot terasa tertarik dan mengencang. Jika sudah, ganti kaki berikutnya. Anda dapat mengulangi latihan ini sebanyak lima kali.

Langkah berikutnya Anda dapat meregangkan seluruh otot lalu berdiri dengan bertumpu pada kaki kanan. Angkatlah  kaki kiri ke belakang sementara bahu maju dan punggung tetap lurus. Rasakan dengan sepenuh panca indera kedua paha menopang berat badan sambil perlahan mengayunkan tubuh sehingga posisi badan tetap tegak. • Merokok
  Tak bisa dipungkiri, kebiasaan merokok ditempat umum menjadikan terutama wanita yang tidak merokok kena getahnya. Merokok adalah pola hidup yang sangat tidak sehat. Terbukti kandungan rokok bisa memicu terjadinya kanker, gangguan pernafasan, dan bahkan gangguan reproduksi.

• Minum Alkohol
  Kebiasaan minum alkhol dapat menyebabkan terganggunya sistem susunan saraf pusat dan merusak fungsi hati serta liver.

• Terlalu Lelah
  Kelelahan adalah faktor mengapa kehamilan sulit didapat. Bukan sebab kelelahan karena olahraga saja, kelelahan dalam beraktivitas yang padat juga mempengaruhinya. Atur sebaik mungkin, apabila Anda bekerja luar kota setiap hari. Misal rumah di Solo dan tempat kerja di Jogja. Selama perjalanan diusahakan nai bis atau kereta, dan istirahatlah selama perjalanana tersbeut. Ini akan menghemat tenaga Anda.

• Stress
  Stress adalah masalah yang umum ditemui mengapa seseorang menjadi terhambat atau sulit hamil. Penyebab stress bisa bermacam-macam. Ada yang stress karena pekerjaan, hubungan rumah tangga, atau bahkan obsesi terlalu tinggi tentang kehamilan, yang pada akhirnya menjadi pemicu seseorang stress berat. Akibatnya adalah hormon reproduksi menjadi ikut terganggu. Pasrahkan segalanya pada Tuhan Yang Maha Kuasa, bila ikhtiar tak lelah Anda lakukan, do’a menjadi kunci pamungkas untuk memperolehnya. Tak jarang untuk memancing agar memperoleh keturunan, banyak pasangan yang mengadopsi anak atau merawat anak saudaranya atau menjadi bapak dan ibu asuh agar segera mendapatkan kepercayaan untuk mendapatkan momongan.
